DESCRIPTION:Our handbell choir has been invited back for our third performance at the Weihnachtsmarkt in Cumberland\, IN. We will once again brave the cold travel to the cozy indoor facilities at Brookview Elementary School to bring our Glöckchenmusik to the wonderful folks in Cumberland. \nWe love this festival\, and we highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already. They have food\, beer\, kid’s activities\, and entertainment from 11-6pm on December 6th. \nThe Weihnachtsmarkt is really easy to get to\, and parking is pretty convenient. But we highly suggest that you visit their website to help you decide where to park. \nBring your mittens friends!

We’d love to play\, but some of us drive from outside the city\, and we want everyone to be safe at home with family. University Heights United Methodist Church is canceling all activities at the church on 12/14. \n\nFor those of you who were looking forward to the concert\, we will think of a way to make it up to you next year! \nThe Liederkranz Handbells are joining with University Heights United Methodist Church (on the UIndy campus) for a Festival of Handbells on December 14th at 7pm. \nBoth the Liederkranz and UHUMC bells will be playing a few of our own Christmas songs\, and we will also join for some double-choir songs. \nYou might not know this\, but our Liederkranz handbell choir wouldn’t exist without UHUMC and Centenary Christian Church (now closed). Most of our members attended one of these two churches\, and we play handbells and chimes donated from both churches.
